I highly recommend this spa. First time sending my furbaby to this spa & I'm so surprised to see that she remained calm even though she didn't even know the groomers & she never been to this place. FYI, my baby is a scare-cat. This premise offers boarding service too.

Simple straightforward yet cozy ambience and set-up.
We have a positive and pleasant experience when we send our cat boys Hiro and Omey for grooming.
The online booking experience for grooming/rooming-in at Catton's website are transparent, self-explanatory, and hassle-free.
The waiting time during our visits until completion of the cat boys' grooming are roughly 120-150 minutes.
The grooming are excellent and neat, our cats never looked more handsome.
The handling of our cat boys are gentle and professional, with a see-through window for customers to see the grooming process, should they choose to do so for the entirety of the grooming.
The staff as whole seemed to be cat lovers themselves, which are always a bonus for any cat care establishment

Today I sent my cat for grooming. While waiting for my cat in the grooming session, I looked around the boarding cats area, it's really beautiful, cozy, comfortable and clean. When the grooming session is over, my cat (BB) smells fragrant, clean and fluffy. I am very satisfied and will definitely come again. ☺️☺️
